1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

AFO Cyber provides scam review and fraud awareness services. Users may submit communications, messages, emails, voicemail transcripts, screenshots, documents, images, or other materials for review by trained analysts. Our analysts provide opinions and educational guidance based on the information submitted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any review.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
● You are at least 18 years old;
● You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
● The information you provide is accurate and current.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
● Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
● Restricting access to your account;
● All activity occurring under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. USER SUBMISSIONS

● Phone call transcripts
● Voicemails
● Physical mail photographs

You represent that:
● You own or have permission to submit such content;

You retain ownership of submitted content.
6. ANALYSIS DISCLAIMER
AFO Cyber provides educational and informational opinions regarding potential scams, fraud attempts, and suspicious communications.
Our reviews:
● Are not legal advice;
● Are not financial advice;
● Are not law enforcement determinations;
● Are not guarantees regarding legitimacy or fraud.
Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and actions. You should independently verify important financial, legal, medical, or personal decisions before acting upon any review.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While AFO Cyber strives to provide accurate and helpful scam assessments, we do not guarantee:
● Detection of all scams;
● Accuracy of every determination;
● Prevention of fraud losses;
● Prevention of identity theft;
● Prevention of financial harm.
No service can guarantee complete protection from scams or cybercrime.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain Services may require paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees.
Subscription fees may be:
● Monthly;
● Annual; or
● Otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase.
All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
9. REFUNDS
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
● Use the Services unlawfully;
● Upload malicious software;
● Interfere with Service functionality;
● Attempt unauthorized access;
● Submit fraudulent information;
● Harass or abuse employees or other users;
● Use automated systems to scrape or misuse the Services.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and materials provided by AFO Cyber are owned by or licensed to AFO Cyber and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

14. LIMITATION OF ABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFO CYBER LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, ANALYSTS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
● USE OF THE SERVICES;
● RELIANCE ON REVIEWS OR ANALYSES;
● FRAUD LOSSES;
● IDENTITY THEFT;
● DATA LOSS;
● BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
● LOST PROFITS;
● UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AFO CYBER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AFO Cyber LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
● Your use of the Services;
● Violation of these Terms;
● Violation of applicable laws;
● Infringement of third-party rights.
16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:
● These Terms are violated;
● Fraudulent activity is suspected;
● Security risks arise;
● Required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through informal negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
